Default Crower 403 or 404?

Im buying cams this week, and i already have the dual valve springs and retainers...i hear goods and bads about both cams...but this car is more of a track car, that ill drive when i want to on the streets...I have I/H/E and free flow cat, adjustable fuel pressure, and a dyno session at the end of the month...if i get the dyno session done, do i need an afc? again my question to you guys, is with my setup, 403 or 404s????

Peace

you have to think about stuff like valve spring fatigue and idle quality. Everything is a compromise, you have to figure out what works for you.
