Default B16A SiRII into a 93 Civic EX coupe

I have a 1993 Civic Ex coupe, D16Z6. I have bought a B16A SiRII engine that I want to put in, does the wiring harness require any modification or is just plug and play. I have the new ECU for the B16. Anything else you might foresee being a problem please let me know, thanks.

is this car also know as the CVCC ? If so, when doing searches, use that, it comes up with a lot more info.

I've got the ecu for the new engine, b series shift linkage, integra type R axles, half shaft, and all the sensors and mounts are intact on the new engine.

From what I understand, the CVCC technology, was basically staggered opening of the intake valves to promote swirling in the cylinder, and better combustion of the mixture.

I know of several threads of ppl wanting to swap motors into some classic hondas. But I can't remember what chassis they were, only the CVCC designation.

I know I participated on one conversation here, and on honda-tech.

As far as buying shift linkages. I have no reason to believe they will be the right length, and you'll most likely end up having to customize them. I hope you got a good price.

I would use GSR axles not type R...I believe they have a different spline pattern in the hub than the civic hubs.

ecu connections can be found in the online resources stick in the civic/del sol forum

I have no idea how. But I responded to the wrong thread. Some guy was trying to do a swap on a '70s or '80s civic "1700"

Wow, I have no idea how that happened.
