Default All Motor Set-up for a B18A???

I need some major help in deciding what kind of parts I should get for an all motor set up for my 90 LS. Basically my price range is around 2000-3000, and I'm looking for a mid to low 14's daily driver. Right now I'm sitting at a 15.4 with bolt ons and clutch/flywheel.

Well let me start off with what I was thinking of getting so you guys can tell me what you think of it/what you think I should get instead.
-Exospeed Stage 1 Head (RS Machine Titanium Retainers and with
performance valve springs. 3-angle valve job as well as
hot tank, new valve seals and resurfacing the head.)
-Exospeed Race LS stage 3 cams (with new cam seals)
-Arias 11.5:1 pistons
-Eagle rods (or some kind of aftermarket rods)
-Skunk2 cam gears
-something for more fuel...bigger fuel pump/injectors or an FPR?
-and of course tuning

I know I'm missing parts but it's because I don't know what I need!

Please help me with my all motor set up. I want to spend money only on what I need and what would benefit me in the ways of power/reliability. All comments are welcome. Thanks!

I would do itr pistons, gsr p72 head, ge ls/vtec kit, aftermarket valves/springs/retainers, ctr cams, 4-1 header with 2.5" collector. I'd say good for about 180+whp and a lot less expensive then straight up building a ls.

Why aftermarket valves/springs/retainers? He's not going to be reving anywhere past 8k with the CTR Cams, wouldn't the stock GSR valvetrain be enough?

Sounds good man. I added a few things. So does this look good? Pricing sound right?
ITR pistons- $250
GSR p72 head- $500
valves- $225
GE ls/vtec kit- $200
Skunk2 springs/retainers- $450
CTR cams- $350
Skunk2 cam gears- $200
DC JDM 4-1 header- $300
custom 2.5" piping- $200
2.5" cat- $100
Total Price of Parts- $2775 or less (if I can get some stuff used)

Look good? Also will I need anything fuel related, or will my stock components be fine? What about a different ECU or chip? Thanks.

I'd consider getting hondata too, just the s100 system. It will get the most out of the setup.

I'll hold off on the valvetrain for now, and will upgrade it when I upgrade to Skunk2 stage 2's sometime in future years.

As for the S100 system, I know it won't work on my OBD-0 ECU, plus I'll have the GSR head which can't work on my stock ECU that doesn't even have VTEC. So what do I need to do to make the LS/Vtec work? Do I just need an OBD-0 to OBD-1 conversion? Or do I need to get a GSR ECU, and does it need to be the same OBD as the head? I'm just confused about this, could you clear this up for me. Thanks.

Convert to obd1 and get a chipped p28 for your setup.
