Hi all,
A buddy of mine has a 1998 Accord LX that the speedo has quit working in. I figure it's the VSS, and plan on testing it. I just have one problem - I can't find the *#@()!*#@!() thing. I don't see ANY connector that looks like a VSS anywhere on the tranny. From what I see, I can only see two connectors on the transmission. The reverse light connector on the top of the housing in the front, and another connector of some sort on the back side of the transmission hidden under some hoses and brackets. I can see the top of this one if I get up under the car, but can't get a hand on it. But it doesn't look like the VSS's I've seen. Can anyone tell me where the stupid thing is before I take a sawzall to the front end of the car? :upset:
