Dirty Injector or Dirty Filter?

Dirty Injector or Dirty Filter?
Hi there,
I just got a 1994 Accord Coupe EX 5 spd. I love the thing, but it has one minor flaw I'm trying to figure out. It idles great, but once you hit about 1900-2100 rpms it has mis of some sort, after that the rpm range is really smooth. I changed the plugs/wires ect. I noticed the plugs were very burnt down, but they all had a white powdery appearence. So here I am, is it an injector, or the filter?

From about 1990, the Accords had a balance shaft belt, in addition to the timing belt. I dunno if you had yours done, or did it yourself recently. But if that balance shaft belt is off by so much as a tooth, the engine will miss at about 2000 rpms. Won't notice it so much at idle and at high speeds. Something you might want to look into though. Not an easy task if you're not mechanically inclined either.
