Sprint lowering springs?

Springs can always be had relatively cheap, so my advice is research it out, decide what kind you really want and buy those.
Sprint isn't as common as others as far as what people use on Accords. The big ones are H&R, Eibach, Neuspeed, etc.
How they ride is probably dependant on the amount of drop and if they are linear or progressive coils.

i installed a set on my cousin's 6th gen coupe.. the drop is about 2.2" so it's quite considerable.. however, the ride quality was excellent.. very smooth.. i almost dare to say that it rides better than eibach prokits..

I had sprint springs on my old 95 and I didn't like the way they rode and when they settled it seemed like it was uneven. I changed to H&R and I liked those a lot more. My supra used to have Eibach and I didn't really like them that much either, so now I run the HKS Hiper dampers and those are awesome, 30 way adjustable IMO though the H&R are the best springs...........but thats just an opinion
