Default 90 Accord AC help...

A friend of mine got a 90 Accord 4dr for free. However her AC is out of the Freon (?). I know nothing about these Accords. Do I just buy the Freon (is it available still?) or is there something else I can do? Thx.

They don't sell Freon anymore. It was outlawed. What they sell now is R-134. If her car hasn't already been converted to the R-134 system (there would probably be new looking fittings on the A/C lines with blue and red caps) you'll have to buy an R-134 retrofit kit. They're not incredibly expensive and are available at any auto store.
