dc header
installing dc header on 5g. The bracket that mounts to the studs is welded instead of using an adjustable clamp like oem . I can't clear the block at the radius to give me room to clear the studs. Any one who has experienced this please advise.

Yes this does suck... I was soo pissed off i just bent the bracket enough so i could install the header... Then took the car down to my speed shop to get it bolted up properly... I dont know why DC made it that way but if u cant bolt up the bracket then just get them on and take it to a exhaust shop... It shouldnt cost you much if anything at all... It only tok my place like 10 mins once they got it on the lift...

I bent the bracket and everything bolted up nicely. What I didn't do was order new manifold nuts before I started . Ordered 'em yesterday. Thanks for the help.
