Default Ride height differences with taller rims?

Im running stock suspension... wanna get some 17" RH C2 Evo's. Anyone got pics or an idea on how what kind of difference in height there will be? I plan on getting some low pros. I eventually want to lower it but one step at a time. Just curious...

I have 18" on mine. You can look at mine in my sig. I didn't notice too much of a height difference. Mine's a 5th Gen tho. Hope it helps a little bit.

215/35-18, they don't rub at all and they look really good too. I can't wait to drop my Lude, it might rub a little when i do, but 215 is definitely the width i'd go with, 225 is pushing ur luck IMO.

That may rub a little bit on harsher turns, it really just depends on the car. I've heard some people with 225's that couldn't rub if they wanted it to, while other with the same do. 225 will fit, but I just wanted to be safe since i got 18's and went with 215. You may be alright since ur gettin 17s tho.

If you properly plus size the overall diameter of your entire wheel (rim and tire) should be the same.

on 17s u should be able to use 225/40/17s...no rubbing problem..even if ur car is dump.(on a 4th gen.) but on a 5th gen depending on how low your car is drop 215/35/18s or 215/40/18s will work. only problem with the 40series. ur gonna have to order it. no one carries it. most shop carries 215/35, 225/35, 225/40 but 215/40/18 ur gonna have to order em.. im ordering some right now...still waiting on em

ive had 225 tires on my lude in the past and there was no rubbing whatsoever. ive heard of going wider but not without spacers.
225 = safe
