I think it's great. A big improvement over the current model, a technical and engineering powerhouse to boot. Very impressive, coherent design that will age well. I wouldn't change much, if anything. I eagerly await it's arrival.

I'd say it's a reasonable assumption that the brakes will be more reasonably sized to fit in production-spec wheels. I think I read somewhere that it's going to come with 245/45-18 tires on 18" wheels, but I'm not sure.
As for the appearance of the thing, I think for whatever reason the Acura press photos make it look even more bland than it really is. These pics from the NY auto show make it look a bit more expensive.

in this pic i can see a resemblance to the current RL, which i think is a nice touch.
