Hooking up a 2001 MDX Navigation Unit
Does anyone know of any sites or links on how to install the factory Navigation Unit for a 2001 MDX, I recently purchased one on ebay and Im trying to hook it up

You're in for an uphill battle. Many have looked into this, and been deterred when they found out the entire wiring harness behind the dash is different. I would advise you to get the service manual and schematics and try to hook it up the hard way (no wiring harnesses). It's not impossible, but you need to know how to remove the interior of the car to route the wiring.
