is it just the higher compression pistons and the whole ext (2.5 header
test pipe and back that makes the JDM R have 210 hp?

also are those pistons 11.5 to 1? and,can these items bolt into our usdm
R's with stock computer and run fine?

Lets see . . .
the JDM Type-R has 200 PS which is equal to 197 HP. This means it has 2 hp more than the US Type-R. These 2 HP is a factor of the header, compression and a few other things.
If you are talking about the DC5R then nothing is compatible and we are not talking aout the same engines. If you are talking about a JDM DC2R then yes you can bolt the pistons in but there are better OEM options.
