I'm wondering what would this setup effect the power to my motor and will it help me or will it effect my performance from the low end or top end or is it just a bad setup to do!

It would hurt your bottom end a little but will have nice nice gains up top. I had your setup when I was all motor and running a Spoon header (with the test pipe) and Toda valve train. I loved it...I put down almost 200whp tuned via a VAFC...

yea I lost a little on the bottom end but top end is more stronger and VTEC kicks a lot harder with the cams I have.
