JDM Headlight Bulbs. which is what?

I just finished coverting my us front to jdm. now i have the painful task of setting up the headlights. i got the wiring down, thanks to previous posts. now my question is. which bulb is used for each?
Corner -
Low Beam - 9006?
High Beam
City Light
Fog Light
My headlight didn't come with any and it didn't say which to use. Thanks in advance!
