Spark plug gapping

Anyone know what the factory gap spacing is for the R's? is it 42... I can't remember and I have to regap mine. What's everyone else have there plugs gapped at?

as for mine, I just take em out of the NGK box and install them :shrug: never feel like checking them.

The gap spec/range for a type r, as posted on the hood sticker is 1.0-1.1mm.

Dave - you kill me :lol: I've seen plugs out of the box be different by .2-.3 mm before....maybe that's why you were faster than me on the autox**shrug** hehehe

I think if you get your plugs from the dealership, they are pregapped, but i bought my ngk v-powers and i had to gap them all to 1.1....they were all slightly big in varying amounts.
