On Dec 22, i saw a post by accordhybrid my friend locally posting about how he had not recieved his silverstars from sumaccordguy94 (paul) (Accordhybrid's post) . Paul later responded that they were sent and alan recieved them 18 days later. on Jan 17, i saw another post by paul saying he was selling more silverstars (post advertising bulbs) I posted and also talked to him via AIM. On Jan 22, i send him 65 dollars throw paypal for 3 set of silverstars shipped priority mail. 3 weeks ago (feb 22) i asked him where they were and why havent i got them. He made up some BS about he was in the hospital and that he's send them out the next day. 1 week later i asked him again and he said i should ahve gotton them. I told him i havent recieved anything, so he said he'd check with the post office. Then i didnt see him online for about 2 weeks and saw him yesterday. I asked for my money back becasue i hadnt recieved anything and his response was "no i alerady sent them and its not my fault you didnt receive them" then i asked him more questions about tracking and talkin to the post office and it was ****ed up and he did not respond. I have the Aim conversation to prove that. I havent posted on the forsale warnin people of him because i'd thought to try and deal with it civilized his he's apparently a long time member of han. But that doesnt seem to work. I recieved the bulbs today on March 8th, 39 days after i made the payment. I was really unhappy with the way he delt with everything, and think it was ****ed up how he basically said "your ****ed if you dont get them."

your a jack ass... i told you the bulbs were backordered, and you were ok with that. I sent them out when I got them, like I told you I did... problems with the shipment are not my problem or fault.

Bullshit, you said they would be in 1-2 weeks, then when i talked to you you said bullshit about oh i was in the hospital and this and crap like that, never were straight forward but i continued to wait. and even when i talked to you and you said u send them out were a week before you actaully ship them. If your going to do business do it right and do make up bullshit excuses for why it was shipped out more then a month after payment was made.

PS: you should remember to take your paxil when you do business so you dont **** shit up.

hell yea, and the fact that maxboost tried to help and he got the same response "not my fault" and then he did not answer him when he asked for ship dates or tracking number.

That's not cool man. If you want to run a business, you need to do more homework, such as checking the availability of items so you can quote a customer on shipping dates and time of arrival.

Being evasive on AIM doesn't help, and ALWAYS give them the tracking number if they question you. That is if you sent it...

You got scammed man. Call the FBI and get the organization that you used to pay the foo to revoke the charges (like Paypal).

If you used a credit card, call the credit card company of the card and refute the charges.

I'd be all over this bish. I don't like scammers. :squint:

A delivery confirmation number for something sent via priority mail is 45cents, so if they were sent, wheres the confirmation number?

Maybe its not clear, or it seems, but i did receive the package, just that i received it almost 40 days later. and lack of communication, and just his attitude towards things when i asked for a refund was just like "your ****ed."

Ya, you should have made that more clear. Glad you got it. Same thing happened to me with SRMLimited. Said he shipped it and I didn't get it for a couple weeks. He's in FL, I'm in AL. He said it should take 7-10 days for me to get it. :eh:

Turns out he didn't even ship it until more than 2 weeks after I'd paid him and about 12 days after he said he had shipped it. Even gave me a bogus confirmation number and then gave me another one trying to say he got mixed up. I don't like liars either. :squint:
