Default Front Jack Point

I need to get under my car to fix a rattling heat shield on the exhaust, I was wondering if anyone knew where the best place is to jack it up on the front since there is nothing in the manual

Feel under the car 6 inches behind the front wheel...feel past the sheetmetal for your door; there should be a ridge running under your car. This is the reinforced front jack point, the protruding ridge is to prevent your stock jack from slipping. Notice that your stock jack has an indentation running down the center of the jack point; the "ridge" under the car should slide in there to provide a secure/safe fit.

On the same note I'm having some trouble finding the rear jack points; any tips?

Your tow-hook doubles as your rear jacking point.
