Default dusted engine help

I was working on my car. I went to reoil my intake filter when I saw the clamp was broken and the filter half off. The last time I checked was three weeks ago. The car might have done 200kms since then. The inside of the intake pipes have score marks up and down them and covered with a white dust. I have changed the oil/filterand put in a engine flush additive with it. I will change the oil and filter again this week. Do you think slick50 or something will help? I am now scared to take my head off, the cylinder walls will be fvcked. Can you buy oversized pistons for an 1995LS 1.8. Or would it just be better to get a new engine. Hope it does not come down to that but after looking at the intake pipes I don't think honeing will take out the damage. Fvcking mad and going to get drunk later all.

I heard that slick50 was a joke.. I'm not sure what you'll want to add to it instead though. If you think about it a filter will allow some particles in on its own.. so you just sort of accelerated the process a tad. Mystery Marvel Oil.... I heard that does wonders so look into that stuff.
