Default Just did a major tune up... got some Questions

Just did it today, with new rotor, cap,oil & fuel filter, Value adj, Engine oil, tranny oil, dumped a bottle of fuel inj. cleaner and also clean the Throttle.

i noticed that my Exhaust is quieter than before and air flows better. I would like know how could the exhaust be quieter ?? and is there a way to clean deep inside the throttle body through header to cat??

Car has 40k on it
Idle is at 800 RPM
haven't got a chance to test out the Gas mileage yet, i will update later
other than the exhaust, seems pretty fine to me

The car's probably running more smoothly after the tuneup, hence the quieter exhaust.

Adjusting the valves and new plugs is going to help this.

I did it all in the shop.... by Valve adj., plugs, cable, cleaning TB, fuel filter, oil and oil filter... these pretty much it....
Car funs smoother that's no doubt....
just wondering what could the tune of have done to make the car run quieter??
