Default Dream Engine

what are some of your favorite engine set ups? (mods/LSVTEC/CRVTEC)
what would you build if you weren't limited?

i would love to build an NA B18B with a gsr tranny, just to see what it could do. obviously it couldn't hold a candle to a turbo, but it would be a fun project.

#1 favorite, periphral port, turbo 20B. (Mazda triple rotor Rotary engine)

#1 favorite Honda build, probably a B20Z. Resleeved, bored to 86mm-ish, block girdle, 9.0:1 forged pistons, Titanium rods, heavily ported P72 head, etc., all turbo'd out the ass.

I am considering building up a D13A2, for shits and giggles. Throw on a D15A3 head, Crower rods, overbored to 74mm to accept standard D-series pistons, a nice Crower regrind... you get the idea. Maybe I'd just stick to an EW5/ZC hybrid.

Hrm... that triple rotary engine would be a rare find, but what a beast that could make!

Hrm, I'd love to take a B18C5, replace the block with a 85mm sleeved cast aluminum Dart block, 3 or 5 angle job on the valves, reworked and flowbenched head, and turbo that bish...

I dunno what kind of power that would produce, but it would be fun (and expensive) to see...

But I wouldn't mind dreaming of an engine that will actually work in my car, but hell, I wouldn't mind whatever engine's in the Porsche GT2
