Default old AT cars

anybody experiencing a jerking when u put the car in gear?...like it feels like it's literally dropping in gear

Yeah my 4g does that. The tranny is almost shot.

yeah mine will do that when i put it in reverse....just make sure that u wait for it to do that and not try to drive off before it does

mine does that too when i put it in reverse
it's my g\f's 01 prelude SS
it sucks cuz the JRSC we put on only boosted the hp and tq up by like 60 and the tranny's already goin haywire

Have been told that is a HONDA thing. expecialy in the older cars. They even did it when they came off the lot brand new.

Just keep your fluid up to par and dont do any stupid hard shifting and it'll be ok.
