I have them and think they are fine except the lens is glass and broke.
I purchased stoneguard for these.
I replaced them with these for a 2001 civic for $90.24 . I used these fogs because they are the same. To replace them with originals would have cost like $250.

The civic kit comes w/ everything. Theres this site that you can download the instructions to install them. I just saw you have a 98, my bumper is different than yours so I'm not sure what fogs you can use. I wrote all of this before I knew what year your car was.
