Default Break lights out

Help!
A few weeks ago I left the interior light on in the car. That caused the battery to go out. We got it charged and now the radio doesn't work. I get an error code and recently we discovered the break lights don't work. All the break lights are out including the rear window light. I checked all the fuses and they are okay. Then my husband replaced all the bulbs, but no luck.

Some one please help before someone bumps into me.

thanks
p.s.
we have a 1999 Civic

It's gotta be a fuse.

Did you check them all under the dash and inside the engine bay?

Also, what code is it?

No. I didn't check inside of the engine bay and there was one under the dash that I could not get to. Out of all of them, that was the only one I couldn't reach. I didn't know about the engine bay and I don't know what code you are referring to.

Also, someone broke into our car about 2 years ago and for some reason they took the fuse box diagram, so I have to pull each fuse to find defects.

You need to pull that last one to see if it's bad.

Check them in the engine bay, it can't hurt.
