I'm thinking either seat warmer or (more likely) side mirror defroster. :dunno:

but I don't know, either h:

OEM foglights? That's exactly where my OEM foglight switch is, except it's a button.

I thought about that but it made no sense to have different light settings on fogs.....

It looks like a switch that can move the headlights up and down.

When I was in Europe both times the two cars I drove had this so when you were driving on the Autobahn or in the cities at night you could face them down and when you were in the country at night you could focus them up. It may be the same thing from a Euro Civic.

on a side note, the evo and the sti both have this feature on their hid setup. its cool stuff.
