Default carbon fiber repair

Does anybody knwo who can fix carbon fiber?? A while back i was driving and something hit my lip i figure a stick and it cracked my lip. I want to see if i can get it fixed. Any help will be nice

duct tape is your friend :thumbup:





















in all seriousness, I would call up your local body shop, not like maaco or some chain, but custom body shop... look under auto fabrication or something and ask them... they probably work with it all the time, especially hot spots in your area for imports :thumbup:

cf is hard to fix itself as the it is generally one piece and the weave is near impossible to match

is the clearcoat on the outside cracked or has the lip physically been crackked?

repair with fiberglass and paint


can't make the weave line up like airon said.

the lip its self is cracked.

You can't fix the weave. Which reminds me, I still have my older Spoon style CF lip in two pieces at home. :happysad:
