Should I buy it?
Sup guys, Lookin for a GSR...I have around 8-9 grand to spend....
I found a 98 GSR that I like...Im not to concerned that it has rims and suspension work on it, he also said the motor has not been touched, and thats all hes done to it, along with the Type R lip... anyway....Hes the 2nd owner, seems about...25-30.. he says his wife is having a baby.. Im curious what you guys think?? The price is 9900, but he said thats with a carbon fiber hood on the side, he told me if i didnt want it, he would go as low as 9200....Should I talk him even lower??? I Checked the bluebook and it was like $8,400
anyway, heres the link to the car on autotrader, please give me your guys' thoughts and comments on this car

that's a pretty good price on such a new car... I guess he hasn't changed the water pump and timing belt yet... when it reaches 100clicks... keep in mind that's another few bills... but other than that... the car looks decent... run a background check on the car for accidents and for money oweing on the car before you purchase...

It's deffiently been well taken care of, however if you were only have 9 grand to spend on a car deffinetly don't go for a car that is 9,900 don't forget that you have to pay tax tag and title as well, Depending on the local laws etc, that could be an extra 500 bucks...meaning you cold pay 10,400 for the car. I'd try and talk him down some more if he says no. Just keep looking a budget, along with no time restrains is key.

if you really want the car its not a bad deal just make sure it had its maintnace done, another car will probably come along might take a while you dont have to buy the first integra you see

He's probably selling it because he doesn't want to pay for the 90,000 mile service which covers a lot of things and is pretty expensive. If he hasn't done the service yet, be aware that you will have to get it taken care of right away.
