Default H22a or Type R

I have a 94 integra LS and I am wanting to do a swap. Can anyone tell me which would be better H22a or type R engine, what would I have to modify on my car to do each swap, and any other input will be appreciated.

ITR swap is a direct swap, h22a needs some modifacation.
t3/t4 on your b18b fits too

the itr swap would be much easier..

Why type R when h22a is same HP, More Torque, and a lot cheeper?

b18c5 is an easier swap
