Default Eibach Prokit - pls help on this rubber tube question

guys,

I bought this Prokit off a friend of friend, who sold it to me for $ 150, only been used for 6 months....in box and etc.

After seeing more pictures on the net, I don't recall seeing this rubber tube on the rear spring....

For folks who had the Prokit spring - is it come with the spring?
it's on the rear springs - both sides, but the front don't have it.

Here is the pictures.....thnx for your inputs.
