Default want to turbo

i have a 92 civic si and i want to turbo it. so i have couple of questions about it. i only plan to run 4-5lbs of boost on it. now my question is what would be the best turbo for it i don't want to spend a whole lot of money on it i would like to do budget turbo install and i think i know everything i need but not sure what turbo i should be looking for i found one at my local junk yard off a 96 eagle talon but the car itself had 150k on it and the guy wanted 250.00 for the turbo i figured that was to much but not for sure. that was my second question what is a good price for a used turbo i didn't want to spend that much on a turbo and not know if it's the best one for my car so any help would be great.

get an apex'i ball bearing kit like Jkan had, makes damn good numbers, also you could run like 7 lbs

dont buy the talon turbo, that is quite expensive, but like thaveen
said, apexi makes some god kits, that would be my first recommendation, second, you could peice together your own and have a nice kit, it would cost less, but would take longer and probably more frustrating.
