sylvania silverstars. get the 9005 high beam bulb and convert them down to the 9006 low beam socket size. it's a great upgrade.

search "silverstar" in this forum and you'll find a link with the bulbs for under $25 for a pair. they retail for $30 each!

If you want the best bang for your buck with a great light output definitely get a set of TYC projectors.

I have 'em on my car with HIDs and couldn't be happier.

If I could do it again I'd get those. I bought my blackhousing a couple of weeks before those came out, but I'm still happy with the blackhousings. they look good, but the fact you can upgrade the TYC projectors and put HIDs in them are a major plus. the beam patter looks pretty good from loxllxol's pics.

try www.groupbuycenter.com or www.nopi.com make sure you take in to account that some sites offer a good price on the headlights, but they kill you on the shipping, and charge something crazy like $60 to ship.

you can but the beam patter will suck. the TYC projectors are the only headlights aside from a custom setup that will work well with HID. everthing else will produce a lot of glare and you'll blind everyone else on the road.
