NH ricer...
I noticed this car on I93 on my way back to school in Mass. I was driving so this is the best pic I could get. The thing was loud as fawk and he still had his rims on (white rims of course)
Maybe hes waiting for it to snow to see how the car handles with low profile tires on it:dunno:
