I ripped the interior out of my 1992 integra to see what a car really is, now I have to put it back together and I've only got about 6500$ to do it. I was thinking to start it off I'd get an engine swap and then maybe throw on a supercharger, I'm looking strictly for performance with the exception of tint, cause I like to be behind the visage when I'm look at the girls when they beside me on the line. What would I have to do to get my engine to push around 300 hp's.

Slap in a GS-R engine, then get a decent turbo. A SC will not get you 300 hp, especially whp. A turbo might get you close, but you will probably need a few other mods, such as i/h/e and maybe even some engine mods.
