I want to buy a supersonic blue GSR.

I was wondering though...

Have any of you had any problems with the paint fading?
Honda paint seems to fade pretty easily. have any of you had any problems whatsoever with the paint? the color stands out and I love it, but I would like it to stay that way.

my friend has the supersonic blue (98 GSR) and it hasn't faded at all. just take good care of your car.........like you should anyway.......and keep it clean and polished/waxed and you'll be fine.

i havent had problems with it fadeing, the only problem i have is it sticks out too much. im the first car a cop sees on the road which means im the one that will most probably get pulled over...but yea its a beautiful color. goodluck

I think that super sonic blue is an awesome color, only thing is - it's a ***** to keep clean. Every little hair, piece of dirt, EVERYTHING shows on this color. But if you wash it twice a week like me and wax at least once every 2 months or so, the beauty of the paint will stay. Here's mine, and it's a 98... Some things have changed on it since then, but overall, it's the same. Love that color!

Yeah the color is great. Just take care of it like everyone else and the color will stay. I have to get mine fixed, I have dings and scratches from ignorant people that dont know how to open a car door and figure that your car is a door stop. Oh well.
