H22 timing belt question

Yeah i have a problem with my timing belt it slides off to the outside of the camgears. I have skunk cams and camgears. It really just started after i got the cams.
ive changed the auto tensioner like 3 or 4 times and no avail. Im going to auto-manual tensioner conversion, but i was wondering if anyone else had this problem and how they fixed it. i was thinking the waterpump might be going bad, and that might tension the intake side of the belt or something, not idea

yeah they are the correct gears and cams, and its sliding off enough to rub on my balance shaft pulley. It was a lot owrse it rubbed on ths inside of my valve cover to the point it wore away the metal, it wasnt pretty. it just slide off no matter what. And there is more slack on the exhaust cam then the intake cam.
