Is a horn problem and computer dying related?
Our daughter's 1992 Integra had to have the computer replaced. When she first got the car the horn wasn't working. That problem was fixed, then the horn stopped working again and the computer had to be replaced. We haven't fixed the horn yet and we were wondering if we do will the new computer go again? Are the problems related?

The actual name of the computer is ECU--Engine Control Unit. It doesn't have anything to do with the horn. You probably have a wiring issue somewhere in the horn circuit. That could be the horn itself, the switch(es) or the wiring connecting them.
