How do I take out Passenger Air Bag?

Default How do I take out Passenger Air Bag?

I have a 99 integra and I need to take the passenger air bag out to replace it. Can someone tell me where all the bolts are?

Helm's instructions:

1. Remove the globe box
2. Disconnect the 2P connector between the front passenger's airbag and the SRS main harness.
Note: When disconnected, the airbag connector is automatically shorted.
3. Remove the four mounting nuts from the bracket.
4. Lift the front passenger's airbag out of the dashboard by covering the lid and dashboard with a cloth, and prying carefully with a flat-tip screwdriver.
Note: The lid of the airbag has pawls on its side which attach it to the dashboard.

Before messing with your ABS system I would recommend taking either the ABS fuse out or unplugging the positive terminal to your battery.

why do you need to replace it? Did something happen to it?

Both bags are blown. I am rebuilding the car.
