Default action clutches?

I can't seem to find any specs on Action Clutches. I know a lot of guys love em, but I can't find out shit about them! Anyone know their website, or a site with actual specs?

http://www.wiredspeed.com/wired/items.asp?CartId={35FDEF25-FE39-4120-B7C6-BDA978C8BDEVERESTC9}&Bc=ACC&Cc=CLUTC&Tp=&BrandName =Action+Clutch&CatName=Clutch

Nothing about specs... I saw them on their site a few days ago, and it resparked my interest, and now running boost, I NEED something better than the spent stock disc I have on that car. TOO MANY CARS!!!!

Have you looked at the act street/strip? I have many friends who use it and really like. I had the act strip with the extreme pressure plate. It was nice but hard to slip, you could only drop the clutch.

in my other car, I've got an extreme PP with a street disc. Works great, but just looking at other options.... Thanks for actually caring man! Seems like more and more guys on the board are going for looks, and no go...

If the clutch is going in your drag sol then I would say get an ACT 6 puck. I have one in my hatch and it is a beast but not really a good street clutch because its a little harsh for the street.

If you look in the sol forum, you'll see pics of the drag car. It's not anything to look at, and is a total budget racer. Not really looking to spend more than about 300 on one... If I have to, no problem, but shit, when a clutch costs more than my trubo, it's just a kick in the pants....

But yeah, your'e right, it would be the way to go.

Yeah I visit the sol forum to see whats going on in there. I saw your sol it looks like its coming along pretty good. What does it weigh? cause it looks like it will be light as hell with all of the excess metal removed. Keep us posted on what it runs. Nice job man

THANKS MAN! We haven't weighed it yet, but a rough guess is 1900lbs. We're hoping for 13's this weekend. But, I'll let everyone know.
