Integra RS 1992 Computer Needed
Just an update on my daughter's 1992 Integra RS. They pinpointed it to the computer. It was corroded from getting wet. Would this have anything to do with the puddle of water that was sitting on the floor behind the passenger seat? We check to see if the roof or windows, doors leaked and couldn't find a problem. How can Acura put a computer under a passenger seat?

That would, considering 90-93 ECU's (computer's) were located underneath the passenger seat, under the carpet.
Acura got a little smarter for the third generation Integra, 1994-2001 and located the ECU in the passenger footwell, against the right-hand side footwell wall.

The ECU on all 1990-1993 Integras is under the carpet, directly beneath the dash on the passenger side (where your feet would be). On my 1990 Integra LS, this area got puddles when a plug fell out near bottom of the windshield allowing water to flow in when it rained.
