I ordered a set of the black w/ red stitch and am waiting to receive it. Once I get them I'll post my opinion of them and pictures... so far though they've been great about communicating but couldn't provide any means of tracking since their from Europe

 

Is there a set of black leather/red stitching or red leather/black stitching for the 5th Gen Civic?

not really, it kind of looks like this (it is a pic from the install info) in regards to how the top of the ebrake boot envelops the plastic cover you have from factory).
