Default S2000 question

Hey guys....not enough traffic in S2k to ask this, so I'll ask those of you who i actually know

Test driving an 05 w/ 40k miles in a few hours. Anything I need to look for in particular? Its a CPO, I have them offering it at $20k right now (down f/ $24k which I laughed at.)

I'm gonna take it for an hour or so and really give it a good look over. Also have an appointment to look at the G37S and some Z4s. We'll see where it all goes.

As to price, $18-19 k sound about right?

Also, anything i need to know about the 05 that I might have missed? No good lease offers on new, so I'm investigating this as a purchase over 5 years.

kbb on it is about $20k but this market is screwy right now. As to moving the thread, that's fine as long as i get a bit of advice. In the end, final pricing point isn't crazy important...i'll negotiate the payment i want and they'll fix the price to get me there.

That price is ok... especially if it is in perfect condition. There are definetly better deals out there. But not really too much to look for, if the interior and exterior are mint - and its what you want. It'd be a good car. and old TT FTL, new TT FTW.
