I would go with coilovers, I have Skunk2 drop springs on my 03 Si (SiR in Canada) and they are killing my car, I am replacing them with the OEM springs until the summer then going with Tien coilovers. Its a muh better ride and not so hard on the car.

I wasn't talking about full coilovers, I was talking about the sleeves.

There is no contest. Ground controls are superior in every way to any spring. They are available in custom rates and adjustable to your desired ride height. They are also twice as expensive but it sounds like budget isn't an issue.

What spring rate should I get? The car is a daily driver.

Do you want maximum comfort or maximum performance? The lower the rate, the more comfortable it will be.
