DC5 is the chassis code for the RSX/Honda Integra 2002+. DC2 is the chassis code for the Integra 94-01, DC4 is the chassis code for the Integra 94-01 with a B18B engine.
The chassis code is the code for the physical skeleton of the car, the metal unibody welded together to form the vehicle's structure.
The A-Spec kit includes a body kit (front lip, rear lip, side skirts, high wing), different 17" rims with performance tires (I forget which but I think they're Yokohamas), 1 inch lower springs and modified struts both of which were designed by the NSX Nurburgring team, A-Spec badging, titanium interior trim kit, and I think that's it. Its not worth it. Its a better value to get everything aftermarket, the suspension is a good piece though, some dealers sell just the A-Spec suspension on eBay.

All I can say its try eBay, i'm not that familiar with the TSX. There are some dealers that sell those parts on eBay for cheaper than what the dealers would normally charge. Same goes for the springs.
You may also want to try www.acura-tsx.com and see where TSX owners get their kits.
