Gear Grinding in 3rd for Si
I noticed that 3rd gear on my Civic Si EP3 tends to grind a bit especially when shifting at higher RPM's and speeds.. anyone else experiencing the same problem??

no i not trying to be a dick but your either not pushing the clutch in far enough while shifting or you need practice...unless you bought it used then the car was beat to shit. there is no way that tranny should have any type of problem... honda makes the best shit around.... i have a 92 prelude with over 180000miles still on the same trany and shifts as good as new.....
only thing i can say is check if it needs som adjustment with you shift linkage but until you do that double clutch so you dont make it worse.. grind is the first sign of a bad tranny

Yeah, i got that problem in my type-s and i bought it to the dealer and they said "road test car shifted thru all gears could not duplicate customer complaint this time tramsmission working normal" but damn.. i still having problem w/ it

Double Clutching (on 3rd)
Tried double clutching when shifting in 3rd, and noticed no grind or clunk. So looks like the diagnoses may be in the synchros... is this covered under the powertrain warranty?? (i only have 32,000 miles)
