Gum like substance on my bumper!

Gum like substance on my bumper!
Recently I've noticed that every time I wash my car, the back bumper has strings of gum or glue right on the passenger side behind the wheel. It's really hard to get off and I can't understand or find where it's coming from. Any ideas? I'm going to Acura in the morning to see if they can figure out the problem.

It is tar from the road. you must have driven on a newly paved road. get mudflaps to stop the problem. i have some for sale. pureazplaya69@aol.com
