Default RSX Radiator Flush

The radiator has never been flushed before.

Going on ten years old, I think it should be done.

Should the hoses be done at the same time?

Should it really be done at a dealer?

Calling my local acura dealer, they want close to $120 parts and labor to do the flush.
Not cheap.

Checking http://www.costhowmuch.com/c/flush-radiator.htm I could probably save about $80 for rolling up my sleeves since it sounds not too complicated.

But the other option - would a non-acura dealership do as good of a job? I know they'd be quite a bit cheaper which would probably make the decision.

Do the hoses need to be done?

Would be great to get some input as I think its ready to do.

I've had the car for over 10 years and have never changed any fluids other than top-ups. What are the fluids in the '06 RSX Type-S that can be changed/flushed? I want to change literally all of them.
