Motohip 12-14-2003 10:56 PM

I agree. WTF was Honda thinking with this 10% gray crap???

OSX2000 12-15-2003 12:28 AM

I love it...it'll go nice with the leather seats I'm soon to have.

...Black leather of course.

DSOLSI 12-15-2003 01:43 AM

mine are orange/black 97 converted, no gray except for roof panel
it'll cost ya about 250 to wrap all the gray panels.
seats are black leather w/orange stripe :D

you do the panels yourself? If so, I'd love a step-by-step and list of materials required.

DelSolSIinMD 12-15-2003 11:03 AM

Yeah, I'll second that!

OSX2000 12-15-2003 07:45 PM

Guys, my Sol is a '97...96-97 Sols had the all black interior as stock. :p :D

Motohip 12-15-2003 09:23 PM

I didn't realize what year your Sol was. It shouldn't be that hard to redo em though. I'll have to look into it.

OSX2000 12-16-2003 11:12 PM

I've seen it done...moreso by vinyl paint than by rewrapping the panels.

DSOLSI 12-18-2003 10:50 AM

i tried to paint my first, IMO vinyl wrapped is much better, the door material is soft, so any kind of paint starts to crack after a while.

OSX2000 12-18-2003 08:01 PM

That's why you do it in vinyl paint, not just regular spray paint.

yea, it'll be a fun experiment. If I screw them up really bad, I can always replace em.
