Thermostat location on a 94 accord.

I work at napa and I just had a customer come in and ask wehre the thermostat was located on a 94 uhkord. I just thought it was where the upper radiator hose went to the block. He sais that it isn't. Does anyone have a diagram or know where it is at? By the way, I don't know what model but I do know it is the 4 cylinder not the 6.

it is where the upper hose meets the block... the "neck" that comes off the block just happens to be the thermostat housing... someone didnt know what they were talking about.

The thermostat is NOT on the upper radiator hose. The neck appears to be the housing, but it's not. On my 94, the thermostat is next to the distributor, it is the housing that actually has the bleeder screw for the cooling system.

Honda 'traditionally' put the T-stat in the fitting for the LOWER radiator hose.

Why not bust open a haynes manual at your parts shop and look it up :p
