You didn't read their post did you? Viz (not sure if it's this licensing company) is doing an online service where they'll sub it themselves and allow people in the US to watch it either the same day or 1 week later (same day is if you pay). Since then DB has decided to bow out because as of now they have yet to receive a cease and desist order from Viz which is admirable because they own the rights and could legally force DB to stop doing what they are doing. So DB has decided that they would respect Viz's new service and let them get some revenue from their product.
