You've peaked my curiosity. Why a supercharger overe a turbocharger and what's the difference in cost?

I went to the Jackson web site the supercharger is sweet. Does the hood have to modified or does the sc fit w/ the stock hood?

jackson's are crap, they make and icrease of like 50-60whp... weak if u ask me, sure, you can upgrde the pulley to make more boost, but the problem with a roots type blower like the jackson is, is that they creat heat that is difficult to control.

havent checked vortech's stuff in a while, but a centrifugal supercharger is the best way to go if you want a supercharger b/c you can intercool it and not have to worry about all that power robbing heat

now, IMHO, the BEST way to gain power is through turbocharging. there are many great companies that produce turbo kits. the GReddy kit (not greedy.... big difference) is an excellent bolt on kit, i had one on my 97 before i decide to go hardcore custom, and i am soon going to adapt the greddy kit to fit to fit my 93 Prelude Si H22 swapped car. but since you have an SH, i suggest you go to www.importparts.com and puchse a DRAG Gen 4 kit, or since you are in Ft worth, i suggest you head to dallas and hit up Jotech. im sure u can find them by callin information or something
