Need interior help for 93 Lude
Ok i just bought a 93 lude and i need help with my console. Ok i have noticed that some ludes come with storage consol things a little behind the shifter like some that run into the back seats. Mine doesnt have one is that wierd it has no storage but the tiny ass glove box. can i put a new console in it like from a 91-96 with that console or am i SOL. And what models come with consoles and what dont let me know.

hey man, i have a 93 lude as well and i know abou the lack of storage you are talking about. I am sure you could replace the console with one from a different lude if you really really want the space. Depends how much you want the storage. After all, it is a lude, not the most practical car.

dood-me, you, and all other 93 prelude owners got shit on by honda.
-the 92 preludes had the storage compartment you speak of. i dont know how hard it would be to transform everything to that 92 version
-the 94+ got the best console EVAR! they got a cup holder, a small storage compartment, and it just looks so much nicer. to do that, you will also have to buy the 94+ ebrake handle too and extend the lines. this is by far the most popular interior conversion for the 4g preludes. my 94 console ran $45, and my ebrake ran $20. you need to get the handle lined up perfectly, then have someone weld it in there. the only thing about this i dont like, is that the ebrake can sometimes get in you way while trying to slide around in the snow while shifting gears. my aim name is spudnut8604 if you want more info. lates-grant
